7:15 am                 Arrive THS – hair/makeup/last-minute issue

8:20 pm                 Load bus – leave

8:40 pm                 Arrive Sherwood High School – unload truck and meet staff for warmup

10:44 am               Transition

10:49 am               Holding

10:57 am               Show time!

After                     Floor folding, floor and prop loading

11:45 am               In the stands, ready to watch OC-I! And Beaverton STARS!

12:30 pm               WG awards!

1:00 pm                 Get some good food

1:50 pm                 Cadet Drumline transitions (we may ask you to help…)

2:00 pm                 In the stands, ready to watch Tigard Cadet Drumline!

2:30 pm                 Continue to watch drumlines, or watch Tigard WDL warm up

4:40 pm                 WDL transitions

5:00 pm                 WDL showtime!

5:30 pm                 Eat some more food? Watch more drumlines?

6:30 pm                 Watch OCI!

7:15 pm                 WDL awards!

7:45ish                  Leave – head home

8:00ish                  Arrive THS – unload and go home!

Directions to Sherwood High School

• Travel 4.4 miles SOUTH on Hwy. 99W to Sherwood
• Turn LEFT onto SW Meinecke Parkway – at the traffic circle, take the 2^nd exit
• Sherwood High School is on the RIGHT

Remember, you come with the group and stay with the group.

No going off-site for any purpose, with anyone other than us.

12:00 pm          Arrive Sherwood High School – unload trailer and set up garage (HS) - warm up when set up

1:50 pm            Cadet transition

2:00 pm            Ready area

2:10 pm            Cadet showtime!

2:30 pm            Secure equipment and grab a snack

3:30 pm            Cadet in the stands, watching drumlines OR watching WDL warmups

4:40 pm            WDL transition

4:50 pm            Ready area

5:00 pm            WDL showtime!

5:20 pm            Secure equipment and grab a snack

5:45 pm            Load the truck

6:30 pm            Watch OCI!

7:15 pm            Awards!

7:45ish             Leave – head home

8:00ish             Arrive THS – unload and go home!
