5:40 pm            Load truck – THS

Saturday

1:00 pm            Arrive THS – hair/makeup/last-minute issue

1:30 pm            Load bus – leave

2:00 pm            Arrive Evergreen Middle School – unload truck and meet staff for warmup

4:00 pm            In the gym!

4:20 pm            Show time!

After                In the stands, watching groups

5:30 pm            Take a short break – buy some concessions and support OC-I!

5:40 pm            Watch I&E (so much fun!)

6:15 pm            Another quick break – another opportunity to buy some snacks!

6:30 pm            Watch more groups

7:20 pm            Watch OC-I!

7:30 pm            Concluding ceremonies

8:00 pm            Load floor and props into truck (remember to burrito the props!)

8:15ish             Leave – head home

8:45ish             Arrive THS – unload and go home!

Directions to Evergreen Middle School

·        Hwy. 217 north to Hwy. 26 – head WEST

·        Hwy. 26 west to Exit #59 - NW Jackson School Road

·        Turn LEFT onto NW Jackson School Road – travel approx. 2 miles

·        Turn RIGHT onto NW Evergreen Parkway – travel ½ mile

·        Evergreen Middle School is on the LEFT
