3:00 pm Arrive THS band room. Wear warm clothes. Jackets. Gloves. Hats. And socks. Fleece blankets are nice. Everyone, please use the toilet before we leave.
3:20 pm In the band room, ready to go!!. Load the bus in order (seniors, jr, soph, frosh, 8th)
3:30 pm Leave
4:00 pm Arrive Hillsboro Stadium. Stay together while we locate a place for us to sit.
4:30 pm Finals announcements
4:30 – 9:00 pm In the stands, watching bands.
4:35 pm Showtime !!
9:20 pm Awards!
10:15 pm Arrive at THS - go home
