OCI Show of Hands! McMinnville Percussion Premiere

This Saturday March 5 is the NWAPA Percussion Premiere at McMinnville High School - the OCI Show of Hands! Because of the small size of our WDL, we are planning to carpool, so parents will be driving. Here is the schedule:

3:30 pm            Load equipment truck – THS

Saturday

8:30 am            Arrive THS – finish equipment load

9:00 am            Load cars – leave                        

10:00 am          Arrive McMinnville High School – unload trailer and set up garage (quickly!). Warm up when set up

12:15 pm          Transition

12:25 pm          Ready area

12:35 pm          Clinic time!

12:50 pm          Secure equipment and grab a snack

1:50 pm            In the stands, watching groups

3:30 pm            Watch OCI!

4:00ish             Relax and eat some good, nutritious food

5:30 pm            Warm up                                  

6:45 pm            Transition

6:55 pm            Ready area`

7:05 pm            Showtime!

After                Load quickly – after loading, another snack! Food you bring - or better yet, purchase from McMinnville HS, our gracious hosts!

8:10 pm            Watch OCI!

8:45 pm            Awards!

9:00ish             Leave – head home

9:45ish             Arrive THS – unload and go home!

Directions to McMinnville High School

Ø  Head West on Hwy 99 W – travel for 25 miles

Ø  In McMinnville, turn LEFT on NE Evans Street – travel .3 miles

Ø  Turn LEFT on NE 15^th Street to McMinnville High School
