Evergreen Winter Percussion Contest

4:30 – 6:30 pm    Cadet Rehearsal

6:45 pm          Load trailer

Saturday

7:30 am           Load bus - leave

8:45 am           Arrive Evergreen High – unload quickly and set up. Warm up when set

10:25 am         Ready area    

10:35 am         Cadet Showtime!

10:50 pm        Return to camp – secure instruments and begin WDL warmup

11:45 am         Ready area    

11:55 am         WDL Showtime!

12:10 pm        Return to camp – secure instruments and load trailer

After               Have some lunch!

1:30ish pm     In stands watching groups

4:10 pm          Awards!

4:25 pm          Leave – head home

5:30 pm          Arrive THS – unload and head home

Directions to Evergreen High School

Ø  Take I-5 North – cross the Marquam Bridge and take Exit 300 onto I-84 East

Ø  Continue on I-84 E to Exit 8 onto I-205 North

Ø  Cross the Glenn Jackson Bridge into Washington – use the RIGHT 2 lanes at Exit 28A-B-C

Ø  Turn LEFT at the 1^st light onto Chkalov Drive/NE112th Avenue

Ø  Continue less than 1 mile to NE 118^th Street – turn RIGHT

Ø  Follow 118^th Street for 1 ½ miles – cross NE 138^th Avenue

Ø  Evergreen High School is on the LEFT
