After football Load equipment truck – go home RIGHT AWAY and SLEEP!

Saturday

6:50 am          Arrive THS in bib, black pep tee, black socks and marching shoes (waterproofed and polished !!). Get uniform jacket from rack. Full uniform (minus shako) will be worn on the bus. Check for shako, plume, and instrument. Bring lots of warm and dry extra clothes!!

7:20 am            In the band room, dressed and ready !! Everyone, please use the toilet before we leave! Load the bus in order (seniors, drumline, auxiliary, jr, so, fr)

7:30 am            Leave

8:00 am            Arrive Hillsboro Stadium – unload very quickly. Set up props – correctly!!

8:25 am            Line up w/ instruments ready to go to warm-up area

8:30 – 9:35       Warm-up

9:42 am            Ready Gate

9:52 am          Showtime !!

10:15 am        Listen to staff, then change your clothes – put your uniform away CAREFULLY! Stow your instrument/equipment correctly!

10:30 am        Eat a snack, and head to the stands!

11:00 am – 3:00 pm   In the stands, watching bands. Lunch on your own – pack it, or purchase from concessions.

3:20 pm            Awards!                                                                                                            

3:30 pm             Eat a small snack, and get dressed for Finals!                                                       

4:15 pm - ??    Warm-up

5:??? ish        Ready Gate

5:??? ish           Showtime !!

6:??? pm         Change your clothes/load truck

After truck loading        Dinner!! And dessert! Sponsored by the FAB-U-LOUS THS Band Boosters! (Bring $6)

7:45 – 9:15 pm Watch more bands

9:45 pm             Awards!!

10:45 pm         Arrive at THS – unload truck - go home!!

Directions to Hillsboro Stadium

·                             Hwy. 26 west to Exit #62A  - Cornelius Pass/West Union Road

·                             Veer right (south) onto Cornelius Pass Road - stay in right lane

·                             Right onto Imbrie Dr. (stoplight /Chevron Station)

·                             Right onto Evergreen Parkway (stoplight)

·                             Right onto NW 229th Ave. (stoplight)

Remember, you come with the band, stay with the band,

and go home with the band. No going off-site for any purpose.

Parents, please do not tell your student to wait until they are finished to call you.

We’re with your student all day, and don’t want to have to wait for you to arrive!  J
