Friday
After the
game Load equipment truck
– go home and go to bed!
Saturday
8:30 am Arrive THS in black pep tee. Bring
uniform, black socks and marching shoes (waterproofed and polished !!). Get
shako and instrument. Bring lots of warm and dry extra clothes!!
9:05 am In the band room, ready with everything!! Everyone,
please use the toilet before we leave! Load the bus in order (seniors,
drumline, auxiliary, jr, so, fr)
9:15 am
Leave
11:45 am
Arrive McKenzie
Stadium – unload very quickly. Large winds, pit, drumline, auxiliary w/ McKee
Get dressed!
12:10 pm Line up w/ instruments ready to go to warm-up
area
12:15 – 1:30 Warm-up
1:37 am Ready Gate
1:48 pm
Showtime !!
2:00 pm Take
a picture!
2:10 pm In the
stands, watching OMB! And cheese!
2:40 pm Awards!
3:15 pm Warm-up
4:15-5:15ish Ready
Gate
10 min later Showtime !!
20 min later Change
your clothes
20 more
minutes later EAT DINNER! Bring $6 for a tasty Band Booster dinner!
After truck loading Bandcoming! Whoo hoo!
9:15 pm Awards!!
12 midnight Arrive at THS – unload truck - go home!!

on I-5 approx 97 miles

Take Exit
194B - I-105 W (Eugene)
·
Take Exit 2 –
Coburg Road
·
Stay RIGHT, on
the Coburg Road ramp
·
Cross Coburg Road
and bear LEFT onto Southwood Lane
·
Turn LEFT onto
Country Club Road
·
At light, turn
RIGHT onto Martin Luther King Jr Blvd.
·
Travel ½ mile –
turn RIGHT onto Leo Harris Parkway
Remember,
you come with the band, stay with the band,
and go
home with the band. No going off-site for any purpose.
Parents,
please do not tell your student to
wait
until they are finished to call you.
We’re
with your student all day, and when our evening is over
we don’t
want to have to wait for you to arrive!
