Our first marching competition is upon us, and we're ready! Remember these things:
- Eat protein, carbs, and fats. Your body needs fuel.
- Drink water. And maybe some Gatorade. And water.
- Do not stay up writing that History paper, or talking to your bestie, or pondering the meaning of life. Get some good sleep.
- Remember that we wear pep and shorts or athletic-style pants under the bibs. No jeans. Never, ever.
- Bring along some snacks, if you wish.
- And have some fun.
