6:30 pm           Load equipment truck – THS

Saturday

8:15 am           Arrive THS – check for last-minute items/issues

8:45 am           Load bus – leave

9:30 am           Arrive Evergreen High School – unload trailer and set up garage (quickly!). Warm up when set up

10:56 pm          Ready area

11:06 pm          Clinic time!

12:30ish           Lunch! Great lunch may be purchased from the Band Boosters for $5 – what a deal!

4:15 pm           Watch OCI!

6:10 pm           Warm up – Area “B”

6:30 pm           Transition

6:40 pm           Ready area

6:50 pm           Showtime!

After              Load quickly – after loading, watch other groups

                             (support Evergreen – buy dinner/snacks from them!)

9:30 pm           Watch OCI!

9:50 pm           Retreat – captains only

10:15ish           Leave – head home

11:00ish           Arrive THS – unload and go home!

Directions to Evergreen High School

• I-205 North across Glen Jackson Bridge to Exit 28 (Mill Plain Road Eastbound)
• Drive East on Mill Plain – turn Left on 136^th Avenue (becomes 138^th Avenue)
• Turn Right on NE 18^th Street
• Evergreen High School is on the Left

and go home with the group. No going off-site for any purpose.
