9:30 am               Load bus – leave

10:00 am              Arrive Liberty High School – unload trailer and set up garage (quickly!). Warm up when set up

11:32 am              WG Showtime!

12:35 pm              Color Guard Prelims Conclude

1:20 pm               Cadet Showtime!         

2:15 pm               WDL Showtime!

3:45 pm               Percussion Prelims Conclude

4:00 pm               Linner! Great linner may be purchased from the Band Boosters for $6 – what a deal!

5:55/6:05             WG Finals Showtime!

6:47 pm               Watch Summit Winterguard!

7:15 pm               Color Guard Awards!

7:30ish                Cadet Finals Showtime!

8:45/55               WDL Finals Showtime!

After                  Load quickly    

9:55 pm               Watch OCI!

10:15 pm              Percussion Awards!

10:40ish               Leave – head home

11:00ish               Arrive THS – unload and go home!

Directions to Liberty High School:

• Hwy 217 North to Hwy 26 – head Westbound
• Travel approx 6 ½ miles – take Cornelius Pass Rd N. Exit 62B. Merge onto Cornelius Pass Road
• Turn LEFT at the 1^st light – NW Wagon Way
• Liberty High School is on the RIGHT
