OCI Show of Hands at McMinnville High School

Noon              Arrive THS – load trailer

1:00 pm          Load bus - leave

2:00 pm          Arrive McMinnville High – unload quickly and set up. Warm up when set up

3:50 pm          Ready area

4:00 pm          Showtime!

4:20 pm          Secure equipment – head back to the stands to watch groups

4:40 pm          Watch OCI!

5:00 pm          Eat some good, nutritious food – food you bring, or something purchased    from OCI, our gracious hosts!

6:00 pm          Warm up for our evening performance

7:??                Showtime!

After                Load quickly – afterward, a quick snack!

8:40 pm          Watch OCI – again!

9:00 pm          Awards!

9:15 pm          Leave – head home

10:15 pm        Arrive THS – unload and head home

Directions to McMinnville High School

                           Drive South on Highway 99 W from Tigard – travel approximately 27 miles

                           Turn Left on NE Evans Street

             Turn Left on NE 15^th Street – McMinnville is on the left

            Remember, you come with the group, stay with the group,

                 and go home with the group. No going off-site for any purpose.

Quite a bit happening this week with the ol' THS Band program. Here's what coming up!

How about performances? WDL is competing at the OCI Show of Hands in McMinnville Saturday afternoon and evening - schedule will be posted soon!

And there is NO PEP BAND this week - Guitar Bands are covering both games. Enjoy your time off!

We didn't have any concessions on Tuesday (nice little break!), so here's Friday's concessions information:

And, because it's Friday, there's Pep Band! Call time is 6pm - be there!!

12:01 pm          Arrive Liberty High School – unload trailer and set up garage (quickly!). Warm up when set up

2:00 pm            Ready area

2:10 pm            Clinic time!

2:50 pm            Secure equipment and grab a snack

3:00 pm            In the stands, watching groups

4:00 pm            Watch OCI!

4:45ish             Relax and eat some good, nutritious food. And get dressed

5:30 pm            Warm up                                  

6:40 pm            Transition

6:50 pm            Ready area`

7:00 pm            Showtime!

After                Load quickly – after loading, another snack! Food you bring - or better yet, purchase from Liberty HS, our gracious hosts!

8:10 pm            Watch OCI!

8:45 pm            Awards!

9:00ish             Leave – head home
