The OCI Invitational - This Coming Sunday Afternoon!

Hey friends - the Tigard High Band Program is hosting this year's Oregon Crusaders Indoor Invitational! Yay! The show will begin at 1pm and it will be a really fun and casual afternoon, where a whole bunch of ensembles will perform for each other and either get ready for the following weekend's WDL Championships or celebrate the previous day's WG Championships.
Here's what we need: 

• A few adults and students to help with setup between 11am and noon
• A couple of students and adults to manage truck.trailer parking
• A handful of students and a couple of key adults to coordinate entrance/exit doors
• A few students and adults to sell simple concessions

 THS and OCI will both make money at this event, and we'd really like YOU to help! Please email McKee to sign up. Workers are expected to be needed between 11am and 7pm - please indicate your preference for an early or late shift.
