5:30 pm Call time – FB vs West Linn
After Load equipment in trucks. This
week’s loading crew is pit and woodwinds.
Saturday
8:00 am
Arrive THS in black pep
tee, appropriate shorts/leggings/etc, black socks and marching shoes
(waterproofed and polished!!). Bring warm and dry extra clothes. Jackets.
Gloves. Hats. And socks.
8:15 am
Eat a nifty snack
(thanks, Band Boosters!)
8:30 am
Uniform up. Full uniform will be worn on
the bus. Check for instrument and equipment. Load uniform racks
8:50 am
In the band room,
dressed and ready !! Everyone, please use the toilet before we leave. Load the
bus in order (seniors, drumline, auxiliary, jr, so, fr/8th)
9:00 am
Leave
9:35 am
Arrive Hillsboro Stadium. Unload very quickly in full uniform. Large
winds, pit, drumline, auxiliary to the trucks
9:50 am
Line up w/ instruments ready to go to warm-up area
10:00 – 11:10 am Warm-up
11:29 am
Ready Gate
11:39 am
Showtime !!
12:05 am
Change your clothes – put your uniform away CAREFULLY! Stow your instrument
correctly! Grab some cheese - head to the stands
12:30 –2:45 pm In
the stands, watching bands.
3:00 pm Awards!
3:45 pm
Linner! (Hot linner will be provided by the Band Boosters - what a deal!)
4:30 pm
Short sectionals – work on what can be better for the next performance
5:00 pm
Get dressed

Warm-up
6:?? pm Ready Gate
6:?? pm Showtime !!

Change your clothes/load truck
After loading
Dessert! And maybe more cheese! Then go to the stands, to watch more bands

Awards!

at THS – unload truck - go home

you come with the band, stay with the band,
and
go home with the band. No going off-site for any purpose.
